Ordering

All ordering is done through Confident Cannabis. View Full Spectrum Lab’s Testing Price Sheet.

For every order, Full Spectrum Lab will need the following documents:

  • A Trip Plan
  • A Chain of Custody
  • A valid ADHS dispensary agent or facility agent state ID card
  • For the first order: Bring signed copy of the Terms of Service, and a valid and current Approval to Operate (ATO).
